Sk8 Safe have been project managing community events for over 10 years. We started out delivering small local skate park jams. Over the years as we have gained much experience our services have developed and we now deliver local urban arts community festivals.

Sk8 Safe’s Skate Jams have gained significant kudos
year on year because:

‣  We create an environment free of intimidation

‣ Hold events where local young people come to their
park and get involved not just as spectators

‣ DJ’s play an eclectic mix of music to suit all tastes

‣ Young and old join in on or around the park

‣ Prizes are awarded for effort, great leadership, and good
   behaviour as well as talent

We work with a range of Urban Artists who like
ourselves deliver high quality, professional, educational
services into the local community providing:

‣  DJ and Music Production Workshops

‣  Circus Skills Workshops

‣  Graffiti Art Workshops

‣  Varied traditional and non traditional
    Sports Coaching

Success Stories

Harrogate Borough Council

“The Sk8 Safe work has included etiquette training, the Ambassador programme and organising the annual skate jam. These programmes and events have proved invaluable in aiding the management of our Skate Park and hopefully ensuring Skate Park users feel engaged and have a sense of ownership.”
